DALF

Alliance Française Cayenne is accredited by the Rectorate of the French Guiana Academy and France Education International for DELF-DALF certifications. It is the only DALF examination center in French Guiana for the general public. 

The DALF (Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française) exams are official diplomas issued by the French Ministry of National Education and France Education International to certify the language proficiency of non-native French speakers. 

They evaluate a candidate’s skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking  based on the six levels of competence defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). 

DALF diplomas are valid for life and are recognized worldwide. 

• DALF C1: To work or study in French in demanding environments. 

• DALF C2: To use French at a very advanced level in professional or academic contexts. 

100% In-Person Preparation Courses 

A preparation module for the DELF A2 and B1 exams (general public). The objective is to provide the necessary methodological strategies to succeed in all four sections of the DELF. 

The training is structured as a tutoring program where the learner practices for the four components via explanatory videos, exercises, and various resources. The service includes two written and two oral productions corrected by the tutor. 

• In-person training duration: 10 hours (five 2-hour sessions) 

• Remote training duration: 10 hours of access for one month 

• Prerequisite: Must own the DELF preparation manual 

• Price: €130 + manual (€25 for A2 and €30 for B1) 

• DALF C1 – C2: €240 (€204 member/discounted rate) 

Requirements to Register: 

• Must be over 16 years of age 

• Must hold a valid piece of identification (passport or residence permit)
